It's impossible for me to start off the year without properly saying goodbye to an amazing 2016. Here are some of my highlights of the previous year: a year of lots of special memories, lots of travel and most importantly, a lot of fun times! January started with a bang and a trip to Punta del Este, Uruguay with Carmen Steffens! Highlight of the month: Got to meet Victoria's Secret Angels Ana Beatriz Barros & Barbara Fialho!

February was by far the most special month of my year: I got engaged to my sweet other half in the most beautiful city in the world and got to go to New York Fashion Week for the first time!

April was SO MUCH FUN! Not only did I get to go to Brazil for Minas Trend, I also got to go to Cancun for one of my best friend's wedding! Nothing I love more, than traveling.

MAY
May is supposed to be a fun month because it's my birthday, but May actually equals WORK. Bolivia Moda, the biggest fashion week at home happens in May and it is a very busy month.
Se supone que Mayo es un mes divertido porque es el mes de mi cumpleaños, pero la verdad es que todos los años paso mi cumpleaños trabajando para el Bolivia Moda. Mayo = mes de trabajo (y mucha moda)!

July was another big travel month! I went back to New York to pick out my wedding dress. Of course I went for Pronovias, it's been a favorite of my family for years and years! All my adventure was posted on my Instagram.

AUGUST
Back on the plane again on August! This time I went to Sao Paulo, Brazil with the recognized brand Natura to visit the factory where they make all their amazing projects. Later on that month, I was on a billboard for them in our country's shopping mall. Pretty exciting stuff!

I feel like 2016 really was a well travelled year. I suffered a long time with my eye sight so September I travelled to my sister's house in Virginia to take two weeks off and get Lasik surgery. Life is a million times more beautiful now that I can actually appreciate it.
Siento que el 2016 realmente fué un año muy aprovechado con muchos viajes. No sentia que podia aprovechar al 100% porque tenia problemas de vista. En Septiembre me tomé un tiempo libre para ir a la casa de mi hermana en Virginia, USA y operarme de la vista. Veo el mundo mucho más hermoso ahora!

November I took some short vacations and travelled to Miami and Orlando, Florida which were amazing days spent with my boyfriend and friends. I took the time to visit the amusement parks in Orlando and did a blog post with my favorite places in Miami to visit. All below.
En Noviembre me tomé unas pequeñas vacaciones y estuvé por Miami y Orlando con mi novio y visitamos algunos amigos. Tuve la oportunidad de visitar los parques en Orlando y para Miami les hice un post muy lindo con mis lugares favoritos para conocer!
